Display Screen Equipment (DSE) online assessment
The temporary online DSE assessment uses standard Microsoft apps, Power Automate. It introduces checks and balances ensuring that the right person gets the right information at the right time.
Site Traffic Management Plan App
A tool to develop site layout plan builder was suggested. Working with one other this was put together in a short space of time. Using a background plan or image a set of drag and drop icons were created such as signage, crossing points, directional flows and other functions enabling employees to quickly and efficiently put together these management plans and have them available.
“You Said We Vid”
When close calls were submitted there was a clear need to communicate the action taken, feeding that back as well as identifying other trends and highlighting good practice. This video was produced monthly, providing consistent information to all and was available whenever and wherever, whatever day of the week and whatever shift to keep staff informed. This approach encouraged reporting which went up month on month encouraging interaction and engagement the foundation of good management.
eLearning Development
The software used for this was the Articulate 360 suite of programs. Initially using Rise a rapid way to develop courses, and latterly harnessing the power of Storyline 360 to produce immersive, organisational specific and engaging courses embedding the organisational visions, values, expectations. A few of the interactions from Storyline i’ve created for use in our courses include interactive videos, demonstrations of software amongst an array of other things.
