Display Screen Equipment (DSE) online assessment
Using standard Microsoft apps and Power Automate, I developed a temporary online DSE assessment tool that ensures the right person receives the right information at the right time. This solution introduced automated checks and balances, streamlining the process while maintaining compliance with minimal setup costs.
Site Traffic Management Plan App
Collaborating with a colleague, I created a drag-and-drop tool for developing site layout plans quickly and efficiently. Employees can overlay signage, crossing points, directional flows, and other key elements on background plans or images. This user-friendly solution saves time, reduces complexity, and ensures traffic management plans are accessible and consistent.

To improve communication around close call reporting, I introduced a monthly video update that shared actions taken, identified trends, and highlighted good practices. The videos were accessible at any time, on any shift, promoting transparency and encouraging engagement. This approach led to a sustained increase in reporting, fostering a culture of collaboration and proactive management.
eLearning Development
Using the Articulate 360 suite, I developed immersive, organisation-specific eLearning courses tailored to embed visions, values, and expectations. Rapid course creation with Rise evolved into the use of Storyline 360 for more complex, interactive content such as software demonstrations and interactive videos. These courses engaged learners while ensuring cost-effective training solutions.
